Hello Kurt,

The Town of Webster built a 25000 square foot skate park in 2003. We
purchased our product from Solo Ramps out of Montreal Canada. The product is
constructed with concrete and steel and comes with a 15 year warrenty. The
concrete also allowed for multi use, Bladers, boarders and bikers. We have
no supervision and the park is open from dawn to dusk. We do however have
rules posted that all users 18 and under must register with our office and
have their parents sign a waver. Insurance is not an issue as skate parks
are viewed as playground equipment by most insurance companies. I believe we
pay an additional $7,000.00 per year for the coverage of the park. We do not
charge fees. The park is used 7 days a week and we have from one to fifty
kids using the park at any given time. There are no age restrictions to use
the park. Most mom and dad's stay and watch their kids if they are under 12
years of age.

If you would like any further info, please let me know.
