[NYSRPS Member] Looking for Input for Upcoming Seminar

Dear Colleagues,

We are scheduled to deliver a 3-hour seminar at the annual conference on April 23, 2007.  Although we have our own ideas about what to cover in the session "What?  I'm now the HR Director Too?", we would like very much to hear topics of interest from you as we prepare our session.

Currently our seminar is slated to discuss employment laws and staffing issues such as recruiting, hiring, firing, and motivation.  Other ideas may include performance appraisals, incentive programs, and issues of safety/health of employees.  

What topic areas of HR are of interest to you?  We greatly appreciate your input.  After all, this session is for you!
