[NYSRPS Member] Public /Private park projects

Hi everyone and Happy holidays to you and family,

    We are looking for any procedural info on doing a partnership project
with the private sector. If you have done this for a capital project in your
past or present I would love to hear from you.  Are their any State
requirements for solicitations? What to look out for.  Any strings besides
the ones you might build into the agreement when considering this approach
to large capital improvements in a public facility?
