PAINTING FROM THE SOURCE TRAININGS
The first PFTS training intensive is half complete and going well.  I am
planning a number of trainings.  They are of varying length, cost, depth,
requirements (lay and mental health professionals) and certifications.
Please hit reply and email us if you want to receive information about
trainings.  REMEMBER: attendance at a PFTS workshop (weekend or longer) is a
prerequisite for consideration for acceptance to any training program.

NEW:  CEU’s are available for workshop attendance for psychotherapists, drug
and alcohol counselors, art and music therapists etc.

Painting From The Source is a unique opportunity to expand the inner
resources of one’s creativity.  It is ideal for men and woman who have
considered painting, but never thought they could.  It is also for people
who have trained in the arts who want to further explore the source of their
creativity.  You will experience painting purely for the joy of exploration
and expression.  It will rekindle your sense of freedom and affect other
areas of your life as well.  As you face the empty paper and rich vibrant
colors, your brush chooses a color and begins to move on the paper.  The
process deepens, and some hesitation and emotions may surface.  With Aviva’s
expert midwifery and the groups support, surprisingly touching and
satisfying images emerge.  You begin not painting from the intellect, but
from the bottomless creative well of personal and universal images.  Many
have found this painting process truly transformative.  Please note: This
workshop involves a commitment to inner work and group process.

Aviva Gold, MFA, CSW, ATR-BC, REAT, Art Medicine Women, has been teaching
inspired art for over twenty-five years.  She believes that authentic soul
touching art comes from a divine place deep within and that the ritual of
creating and viewing such art is central to individual and planetary
healing.  She is an experienced psychotherapist and workshop leader in
healing centers worldwide.  Aviva’s book, Painting From The Source;
Awakening the Artist Soul in Everyone, published by HarperCollins in 1998 is
available in bookstores everywhere.
